Job Description:
1. Familiar with various organic synthesis reactions and mechanisms, proficient in commonly used compound separation and purification techniques and structural identification methods in the laboratory, able to independently design and carry out multi-step organic synthesis reactions;
2. Independently complete literature review and graph analysis.
3. Optimize the trial route and complete the synthesis of the required quantity of products for the project;
4. Complete the experimental records and report clearly and completely.
5. Familiar with the operation of kilogram level laboratories and small and medium-sized test rooms, with a good sense of teamwork.
6. Familiar with the process of project transfer and have a certain understanding of factory production equipment.
7. Capable of reading English literature and proficient in literature review.
